4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the replacement.

Goods must be inspected upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 7 days. Acceptance of goods is confirmed if no issues are reported within this period.
